There are rumours about a new disposition from the Brazilian Ministry of Tourism together with the State of Rio de Janeiro to launch a new FREE Sector in the Sambodrom of Rio de Janeiro for people that can't afford the Tickets.
We want to know the opinion of the Brazilian Carnival Fans. Do you think it's fair? how it should be implemented? who should get a Free Ticket for the Sambodrom?

THATS GRATE IF THE GOVERNMENT OF RIO DE JANEIRO WILL give free tickets its a publicity around world thats a good expectations around a Big country. Best Regards david G
